Background And Purpose
已有研究证明，眼底照相中的血管影像学信息能够反映心脑血管疾病的相关特征。本项目拟建立基于深度学习的眼龄评估模型，基于丽水社区队列数据集，探究眼龄差对多种心血管疾病的评估能力。
Method
任务1：基于丽水队列中的健康样本（无病史报告），根据神经影像及眼底影像的数据特点，设计并建立深度学习多维度生物学年龄预测体系； 任务2：对丽水队列中其他样本的生物学年龄进行评估，并计算预测年龄差（Predicted Age Gap，PAG）； 任务3：分析预测年龄差特征，在社区队列中，对各个重要心脑血管事件（斑块/狭窄）及新发疾病的评估作用。
