Background And Purpose

内皮炎症参与了脑小血管病（CSVD）的发生。血管粘附分子1 (VCAM-1) 和细胞粘附分子1(ICAM-1)是血管内皮炎症的标志物，这两个标志物可能与脑小血管病发生有关。然而目前仅有少量研究分析了这两个标志物与脑小血管病的关系，且研究结果存在矛盾。本研究目的是分析VCAM-1和ICAM-1与脑小血管病患病的关系，并分析这两个指标对CSVD预测的改善价值。

Method

用二分类logistic回归模型分析VCAM-1、ICAM-1与CSVD患病、CSVD影像标志之间的关联。用等级logistic回归模型分析VCAM-1、ICAM-1与CSVD负担的关系。用NRI和IDI来评价VCAM-1、ICAM-1加入模型后的预测改善价值。
