研究中国急性缺血性卒中/TIA患者不同时期认知障碍与睡眠障碍的发病情况、预后及影响因素。

前瞻性、多中心、登记研究

Standard of discharge

入选标准 1.患者年龄≥18岁； 2.急性脑梗死（Acute ischemic stroke, AIS）或短暂性脑缺血发作 (transient ischemic attack,TIA)； 3.发病至入组时间≤7天； 4.签署知情同意书；  排除标准： 1. 无症状及体征的静止性脑梗死； 2. 发病至就诊的时间超过7天； 3. 拒绝参与登记调查者； 4. 未受过教
