Among patients with acute stroke, high blood pressure is often associated with poor outcome, although the reason is unclear. We analyzed data from the CNSR2 to explore the relationship between admission blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), subsequent clinical events during hospitalization, and functional outcome at 3, 6, 12 months in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
We included in the analysis xxxxx patients from CNSR2 with confirmed cerebral hemorrhage. Measurement of blood pressure and heart rate was made at admission and discharge. Clinical outcomes were recorded: recurrent stroke, recurrence of other vascular events and death. Survival and dependency were assessed at 3, 6 and 12 months. Outcomes were adjusted for age, sex, smoking history, history of diabetes, history of hyperlipidemia and history of heart failure.
入院SBP、DBP和MAP水平是脑出血患者院内死亡和3个月预后不良的独立危险因素,但对患者1年预后不良无独立影响。
